1. Volunteer Program

Volunteering is a key element in the participation and involvement of citizens to improve society. It contributes values, ideas, reflections, resources, and, in short, it is a generator of social capital.

In Panama, the definition and guidelines for the exercise of volunteering are enshrined in Law No. 29 of October 28, 2014. This norm defines volunteering as “a modality of citizen participation that is carried out with complete freedom, consisting of the performance of tasks of public interest, which contribute to development, through the contribution of effort, skills and abilities of people”.

Our Volunteer Program's main objective is to allow volunteers to live the full experience of our program in the Waved Zone. This includes the opportunity to interact in an in-depth way with students, working closely with our coaches. 

The goal is to provide comprehensive support to the children, significantly enriching their educational experience. In addition, we seek to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment, where all participants can contribute and benefit from each other.
